Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree may be substituted with equivalent experience.
• Experience in advising, outreach, and maintaining student records.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in identifying academic and workforce pathways aligned with goals.
• Develop and maintain individualized student success plans for dual enrollment students.
• Provide proactive and intrusive advising to support persistence and progression.
• Coordinate admissions, enrollment, pathway selection, and transition planning with partner schools.
• Collaborate with high school counselors and administrators to keep students on track toward graduation and credential attainment.
