Reporting to the Coordinator of High School Programs and Services, the role focuses on outreach to districts, parents and counselors to maximize participation in TSC's Dual Programs.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree with three years of direct experience in recruitment, advising, admissions, records, and outreach.
• Bachelor’s degree with one year of direct experience in recruitment, advising, admissions, or outreach is preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation with adequate state insurance required.

Aufgaben

• Provide dual enrollment recruitment, admissions, and retention support with ISO, Charter, and Private Schools.
• Establish partnerships with middle and secondary school counselors and faculty.
• Organize and present to designated middle and secondary schools on Dual Programs.
• Assist in developing long-range plans for retention of dual enrollment students.
• Coordinate with counselors and Admissions/Records to address transcript evaluations, withdrawals, and enrollment appeals.
• Travel up to 80% of the week to schools within and outside the TSC service area.
