Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of full-time work experience.
• One year of experience working with high school or college students.
• Two years of experience as a high school teacher, counselor or college academic advisor.
• Knowledge of career assessments and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CCP Dual Enrollment Department liaison at assigned high school(s).
• Collaborate with high school staff to promote dual enrollment opportunities aligned with students' career and educational goals.
• Increase participation of high school students in dual enrollment at assigned high school(s).
• Participate in and host information sessions and events to share dual enrollment opportunities with students and families.
• Coordinate events, campus and industry tours and utilize Naviance to raise awareness of career pathways and college opportunities.
• Assist students with college course registration and FAFSA ID creation.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with CCP requirements.
• Provide feedback to Dual Enrollment Director on student needs and support pathways to completion.
