Job summary

Cincinnati State is seeking an Assistant Dean for the CCP Program to lead dual credit initiatives in the College Credit Plus program. You will collaborate with faculty and high schools to expand CCP options, ensure academic quality, and oversee CCP advising and onboarding processes across campuses.

The role requires managing CCP staff, coordinating with ODHE/HLC rules, and supporting student recruitment and program events. Evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Two years college-level academic advising experience with diverse student populations.
• Understanding of student development theory and transfer/workforce programs in community colleges.
• Strong organizational, technological, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advising management software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrators, faculty and staff to deliver CCP programming to a diverse student population.
• Develop CCP relationships and pathways with high schools and partners.
• Coordinate learning assessment activities with academic programs and departments.
• Oversee compliance with CCP policies, LMS usage, and observations.
• Supervise CCP Academic Advisors and support counselors at campuses and partner schools.
