The role partners with CUNY campuses, faculty, and external training partners to align pathways, recognizing competencies gained through work-based learning as academic credit within CPL policies.

Qualifications

• Higher education coursework related to work-readiness and career-connected learning.
• Specialized understanding of industry pathway design in high-need sectors.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum design and credentialing alignment across industry disciplines.
• Partner with faculty to approve coursework meeting standards.
• Coordinate recruitment and preparation of program participants in partnerships.
• Track milestones and support ongoing recruitment of cohorts.
• Align dual enrollment and training programs with CPL policies.
