Job summary

Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) seeks a Manager of Dual Enrollment Credential and Course Alignment to develop new credentials and learning experiences aligning with CPL policies.

The role partners with CUNY campuses, faculty, and external training providers to expand dual enrollment pathways and credit for prior learning across education, healthcare, technology, and other high-need industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, workforce/apprenticeship training, career and technical education, or higher education program management.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in education, curriculum & instruction, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience designing or aligning curriculum across secondary, postsecondary, and workforce systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee credentialing curricula in industry-aligned disciplines for undergrad/grad coursework and pedagogy training.
• Collaborate with CUNY faculty and chairs to build and approve coursework meeting standards.
• Coordinate recruitment and preparation of participants with schools and workforce partners, focusing on high-need industries.
• Track milestones, training completion, and participant placement; support ongoing recruitment of cohorts.
• Develop models for Credit for Prior Learning and course placement aligning with CPL policies.
