Job summary

Temple College is seeking a Dual Credit Student Success Navigator & Marketing Outreach Coordinator to support dual credit students and lead outreach in East Williamson County. The role balances student services with recruitment activities across college programs, under the Executive Director and Recruitment Director.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, or an associate degree with 4 years, plus a Texas driver’s license when travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of directly related experience, or an associate’s degree and four years of directly related experience.
• Experience supporting students in a college or school district setting is preferred.
• A valid Texas driver’s license, or ability to obtain one, is required when travel is assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to dual credit students from enrollment through course completion.
• Identify students who may benefit from outreach using information, referrals, and faculty alerts.
• Assist with navigation of applications, testing, orientation, registration, and college technology steps.
