Job summary

North Central Texas College (NCTC) seeks a dynamic leader to direct its Dual Credit program. The role provides executive leadership for program development, coordination, and continuous improvement across campuses, aligning with state mandates and workforce pathways.

The position collaborates with Instructional and Enrollment Management leadership to expand access, strengthen partnerships, and ensure smooth transitions from high school to college completion.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, counseling or related field required.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to lead and delegate.
• Familiarity with CANVAS LMS and FERPA; knowledge of Title IX guidelines.
• Experience coordinating dual credit or higher education programs.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a comprehensive Dual Credit program district-wide and align with priorities.
• Serve as liaison between NCTC and ISDs; evaluate needs and manage liaison projects.
• Collaborate with departments to support dual credit programming for high schools and ISDs.
• Plan recruitment events, parent orientations, FAFSA nights, and registrations.
• Communicate program information to stakeholders and coordinators.
• Manage student schedules, add/drops/withdrawals; ensure accuracy.
• Create and maintain program reports to measure effectiveness and track data.
• Supervise full-time Dual Credit staff and ISD designated liaisons.
• Coordinate meetings with ISD administrations and chairs to identify needs.
• Inform and initiate Title IX policies for dual credit students.
