Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, instruction, or a related field.
• Three to five years of instructional, administrative, or administrative support experience.
• Experience utilizing technology and educational systems to support student services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible, customer service–oriented representative of Hill College, fostering strong relationships with dual credit and non-dual credit students, ISD partners, faculty, and college administration.
• Support all aspects of dual credit partnerships with Independent School Districts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist prospective and current students with applications for admission, scholarships, financial aid, and graduation processes.
• Guide students through next steps including program selection, academic planning, testing, registration, and completion requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between students, dual credit faculty, ISD administrators, and Hill College departments to ensure access to academic and career information and services.
• Identify and refer students from specialized populations to appropriate Hill College faculty or staff.
