Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College seeks a campus-based program coordinator to support K-14 initiatives and dual credit efforts across North Central Indiana. You will track student progress, recruit applicants, and coordinate with high schools and Ivy Tech staff to deliver tutoring and resources.

Responsibilities include administering placement exams, developing individual career plans, and ensuring FERPA compliance while promoting college readiness and credential attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public affairs, social services, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate, implement, and evaluate program(s).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Good public relations skills and self-motivation required.
• Must possess knowledge of computers and related software applications for planning and record-keeping.
• Must administer and interpret assessment results; travel throughout North Central Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Track class schedules to ensure students complete credential-related coursework.
• Recruit on behalf of Ivy Tech to increase inquiries and applicants.
• Coordinate with high schools and Ivy Tech staff to provide tutoring resources.
• Deliver on-site services promoting Dual Credit/Early College programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and FERPA compliance.
• Participate in Dual Credit/Early College events as needed.
