Job summary

Big River Restaurants in Louisiana is hiring servers to join the opening team for Applebee’s + IHOP. Shifts include morning, daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities, with some starting as early as 6 AM.

Pay is $18–$28/hour including tips; base pay $2.13 per hour plus tips, weekly pay, meals and discounts, and opportunities to earn strong tip income. No experience required; training provided, and career growth possible.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Make recommendations and answer guest questions
• Serve both IHOP breakfast and Applebee’s menu items
• Enter orders through the restaurant POS system
• Deliver food and beverages using our team service approach
• Check on guests and respond to additional requests
• Process guest payments accurately
• Clear and reset tables
• Maintain clean and welcoming dining areas
• Work with the entire restaurant team to create a great guest experience
