Job summary

Big River Restaurants is opening a brand-new dual-brand kitchen for Applebee’s and IHOP. We’re hiring Line Cooks to join the opening team, with shifts starting as early as 6 AM and flexible options for morning, daytime, and evenings.

No restaurant experience is required; training is provided as part of joining a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen designed for growth and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Applebee’s and IHOP menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Cook food accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Operate assigned kitchen stations.
• Follow preparation and portion standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with kitchen and restaurant team members.
• Work efficiently during breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods.
• Help ensure guests receive high-quality food in a timely manner.
