Job summary

Applebee’s + IHOP is opening a brand-new dual-brand restaurant and hiring Bartenders to join our opening team. Our location plans morning to night shifts with high tip potential and opportunities for growth.

You will mix and serve beverages, take orders, ensure accuracy, and maintain a busy, welcoming bar environment with proper alcohol service and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong guest service mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must meet legal age and alcohol service requirements.
• Experience in bartending or restaurants is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to multitask.

Applebee’s + IHOP is opening a new dual-brand restaurant, and we're hiring Bartenders to join our opening team!

Our restaurant opens at 7 AM, creating opportunities across multiple dayparts while offering the high earning potential that comes with a busy restaurant bar.

Pay & Earnings

• $20–$35/hour average including tips
• Base pay + tips
• Weekly pay

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide friendly, attentive service
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar
• Follow responsible alcohol service requirements
• Follow food safety standards
• Process guest payments accurately
• Communicate with servers, kitchen team members, and managers
• Provide great hospitality to Applebee’s + IHOP guests
