Big River Restaurants is opening a brand-new dual-brand restaurant featuring Applebee’s and IHOP in Louisiana, and we’re hiring servers to join the opening team. Shifts start as early as 6 AM, with morning, daytime, evening, and weekend options.

If you’re looking for a first restaurant job, a flexible schedule, or a path to grow your career, we’d love to meet you. Pay ranges from $18–$28 per hour including tips, with base pay $2.13 per hour plus tips where required by state law.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Reliable and dependable with strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation.
• No previous serving experience required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Make recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Serve both IHOP breakfast and Applebee’s items.
• Enter orders through the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages using the team service approach.
• Check on guests and respond to additional requests.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Maintain clean dining areas.
