Big River Restaurants is opening a brand-new dual-brand restaurant featuring Applebee’s and IHOP in Louisiana, and we’re hiring servers to join the opening team. Shifts start as early as 6 AM, with morning, daytime, evening, and weekend options.

If you’re looking for a first restaurant job, a flexible schedule, or a path to grow your career, we’d love to meet you. Pay ranges from $18–$28 per hour including tips, with base pay $2.13 per hour plus tips where required by state law.

Applebee’s + IHOP is opening a new dual-brand restaurant, and we’re hiringServers to join our opening team!

With some shifts starting at 6 AM, you can choose from morning, daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities. Whether you're looking for a first restaurant job, a flexible schedule, or a place to grow your career, we'd love to meet you.

Pay & Earnings

• $18–$28/hour average including tips
• Base pay:$2.13 hour + Tips, depending on state laws

What You’ll Do

As a Server, you will:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Make recommendations and answer guest questions
• Serve both IHOP breakfast and Applebee’s menu items

• Deliver food and beverages using our team service approach
