Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Dual Assistant General Manager to provide operational leadership for Homewood Suites by Hilton Carle Place and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Carle Place. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure financial performance across both properties.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead hotel departments, support initiatives, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum hotel management experience; previous roles include Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or department leader.
• Experience with Hilton, Marriott, or other major brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service, and financial management.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial performance and implement improvements.

The Role

As our Dual Assistant General Manager, you will provide operational leadership and support for both the Homewood Suites by Hilton Carle Place and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Carle Place. Reporting to the General Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day operations of both hotels, ensuring outstanding guest service, team engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

You’ll serve as a key leader for hotel departments, support property initiatives, and help ensure both hotels consistently achieve brand standards and business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in leading the daily operations of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Carle Place and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Carle Place
• Support efforts to achieve guest satisfaction, revenue, profitability, and quality goals across both properties
• Foster a positive and service-driven culture that promotes employee engagement and accountability
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop hotel team members and department leaders
• Ensure compliance with Hilton and Marriott brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures
• Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to enhance the guest experience
• Support departmental operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other hotel functions as applicable
• Assist in managing labor costs, expenses, and overall financial performance
• Conduct property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
• Help oversee safety, security, and risk management programs
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency
• Prepare reports, participate in management meetings, and support strategic initiatives
• Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager

• Previous hotel management experience required, preferably as an Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or Department Leader
• Experience working with Hilton, Marriott, or other major hotel brands strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service, and financial management
