Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Dual Assistant General Manager to provide operational leadership for Homewood Suites by Hilton Carle Place and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Carle Place. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure financial performance across both properties.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead hotel departments, support initiatives, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum hotel management experience; previous roles include Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or department leader.
• Experience with Hilton, Marriott, or other major brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service, and financial management.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial performance and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for two hotels: Homewood Suites by Hilton Carle Place and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Carle Place.
• Aim to achieve guest satisfaction, revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
• Foster a service-driven culture and employee engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop hotel team members and department leaders.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to enhance guest experience.
