White Lodging is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping in Denver, CO to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, guiding managers and supervisors to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, a passion for service, and a talent for training future housekeeping leaders in a fast-paced upscale property. You'll partner with Front Office to ensure seamless operations and uphold cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Extensive knowledge of Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation.
• Strong problem-solving and results delivery skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Front Office for effective communication on operations.

What You\'ll Do

• The Assistant Director of Housekeeping assists in overseeing the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, including Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Front Office to ensure effective communication for operational issues
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

Full Time Position - Compensation starts at $62,000 to $64,564. Accepting applications for up to 7 days from the date the job was posted.
