Job summary

Kentucky USPFO, National Guard seeks a Defense Travel Systems Administrator to manage DTS operations for soldiers and civilian employees. The role develops and maintains financial transactions, ensures proper accounting lines, and coordinates DTS actions across agencies.

Applicants should have at least one year at the GS-08 level or equivalent, with strong analytical skills and experience in regulatory compliance and training program support.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial programs, principles, and procedures.
• Ability to read, retain and understand regulations and procedures.
• Experience analyzing, validating, processing, and correcting financial transactions.
• Experience with DTS and managing complex DTS processes.
• Knowledge of correct accounting lines for Government funds.
• Experience with multiple funding sources and transfers between orgs.
• Ability to adjust budget estimates for DoD organizations and cross-examine data.
• Experience coordinating actions to support deployments and DTS management.
• Familiarity with liaison work between ARNG USPFO and DFAS PMO-DTS.
