The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in engineering and 4+ years in product design or project leadership, with hands-on schematics and cross-functional coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 4+ years experience in product design, project leadership, or project management.
• Ability to lead and manage DTO projects and adapt to changing customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and propose solutions to meet customer requirements, including mechanical and electrical changes.
• Read, markup, and interpret schematics.
• Knowledge of ETL and UL 60335-2-40 preferred; read and interpret codes as needed.
• Develop and manage project schedules for DTO requests; track tasks and critical paths.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure availability of parts and designs for unique projects.
• Collaborate with DTO team and customer service to meet time and cost targets.
• Create and update technical documents for chillers at shipment.
• Participate in initial DTO builds and provide production support.
• Mentor less experienced DTO team members and other support teams.
• Domestic travel ~10%.
