Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a System Product Manager for AI Data Centers to lead customer-driven system strategies for AI factories and hyperscale/co-location customers. You will translate requirements into architecture and roadmaps with a focus on integrated cooling and power for AI workloads.

You will collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to ensure the roadmap delivers AI-ready systems, aligns with sustainability commitments, and drives successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field; MBA is a plus.
• 7–10 years of product management experience or relevant experiences.
• Experience in system product management, technical marketing, or system architecture.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and AI/ML workloads.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical features into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Voice of Customer (VoC) process for the AI data center segment.
• Define system-level requirements and develop multi-generational product roadmaps for AI applications and system architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize system architectures for AI workloads from 20MW to 1GW.
• Analyze market sizing, framing, and competitive positioning within the AI data center ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain a system product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Own the unified system architecture roadmap with system lead engineers and product teams.
• Serve as the primary conduit for customer feedback and ensure market insights drive roadmap.
• Define success criteria for new systems; define value proposition for commercialization team.
• Engage directly with key customers and partners to align technology roadmaps.
