Trane Technologies is seeking a dynamic project/design leader to join our team. You will define and shape high-tech product designs for chillers and DTO projects, leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering, service, and supply chain teams.

The role requires 4+ years in product design or project management, a BA/BS in engineering, and opportunities to mentor others. This is an onsite role with travel and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in product design, project leadership, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop unique designs meeting customer requirements.
• Read and interpret schematics.
• Knowledge of ETL and UL 60335-2-40; read codes.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with DTO team and customer service.
• Prepare technical documents for shipment of chillers.
• Support initial DTO builds.
• Mentor team members.
• Travel ~10% domestically.
