Job summary

Vince in New York is seeking an Assistant Planner, DTC to support day-to-day planning for the eCommerce, domestic and international channels. You will create weekly to seasonal sales reports, help automate reporting, and collaborate with Buying, Allocation, Digital, Store Leadership, Visual and Merchandising teams to drive opportunities.

Hybrid work options available. The role requires 1-2 years in retail planning, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Must have 1-2 years in retail planning.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Expertise in retail math.
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
Computer literate with Advanced Excel Skills.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Experience using Anaplan MFP, Assortment + Allocation & Replenishment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day planning support for divisions across Channels (eCommerce, Domestic & International; Full Price + Outlet).
Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal sales reporting and recaps.
Assist in automating reporting processes and run ad hoc reports.
Create daily store manager bonus plans.
Identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
Monitor store sales and promotion plans.
Forecast store inventory levels and manage excess inventory strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners on business needs.
