Job description

Overview:
The DTC Marketing Manager will drive the growth of NEAT Method's direct-to-consumer business. This role focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through lifecycle marketing strategies, with an emphasis on website content, email, and SMS. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce marketing and management, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for customer engagement. This role will report to the VP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to acquire, retain, and engage customers
  • Manage content calendar and execution for email and SMS campaigns related to DTC products
  • Collaborate with Creative team to deliver on-brand campaigns and create visual assets
  • Coordinate with Franchise Marketing Manager to ensure optimal user experience and strategic alignment
  • Optimize website content, email, and SMS campaigns to increase sales and loyalty
  • Partner with the Director of Product on site merchandising and promotional plans
  • Analyze customer data for segmentation and personalization to boost lifetime value
  • Work with external agencies managing paid advertising, SEO, affiliate, and PR efforts
  • Monitor KPIs like conversion rates, retention, and revenue; adjust strategies accordingly
  • Implement A/B testing and performance tracking in collaboration with development resources
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and emerging technologies
  • Work with Social Media & Community Coordinator on social, influencer, and partnership strategies

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4-5 years in DTC, e-commerce, or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with home, lifestyle, or design brands is a plus
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, retention, and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar platforms
  • Experience managing revenue-focused email and SMS campaigns
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage agency relationships
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
  • Excellent project management and attention to detail
