• Partner with cross-functional teams on contribution profit against plan.
• Build the unit and revenue plan with the Head of E-commerce.
• Set DTC prices within pricing guidelines and align promotions.
• Own the promotion calendar and measure incremental impact.
• Manage assortment and develop DTC-specific products.
• Design bundles, kits, and subscriptions for DTC.
• Run weekly business reviews and drive actions.
