Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant DTC e‑commerce, growth and brand operations experience.
• Hands-on experience operating Shopify, Klaviyo, and paid acquisition channels.
• Direct experience growing e‑commerce via omnichannel marketing.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or other premium consumer categories.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth across dubose’s digital business.
• Collaborate with founder and team on paid acquisition, Shopify, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
• Lead product launches, seasonal promotions, analytics, and growth tools.
• Build from scratch and optimize existing growth initiatives and channels.
• Embed brand purpose across consumer touchpoints.
