Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on leader to own and scale its direct-to-consumer Shopify business from product launches to revenue growth. You will manage the customer journey, merchandising, pricing, and promotions while building scalable ecommerce playbooks.

You will partner with Marketing, Creative, and Operations to optimize conversions, manage inventory and fulfillment, and analyze performance with Shopify and Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and growing Shopify ecommerce businesses.
• Direct revenue growth ownership for a DTC channel.
• Expertise in Shopify and Shopify Plus storefront optimization.
• Experience managing product lifecycles from launch to optimization.
• Strong understanding of CRO, customer acquisition, retention, and analytics.
• Experience with Shopify apps, integrations, and ecommerce tech platforms.
• Inventory planning, fulfillment operations, drop shipping, and 3PL.
• Analytical with Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics experience.
• Experience with promotional calendars and large-scale ecommerce events.
• Ability to independently own an ecommerce channel.

Responsibilities

• Own the Shopify storefront with revenue growth, profitability, customer experience, and operational performance.
• Develop ecommerce strategies from launch through merchandising, promotion, optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Manage product catalogs, collections, site merchandising, navigation, and content across Shopify.
• Create pricing, promotions, and sales strategies to maximize revenue, conversion rate, and AOV.
• Lead major promotional events including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and product launches.
• Partner with marketing to optimize email, SMS, paid media, affiliate, and retention campaigns.
• Own website conversion optimization initiatives including landing pages and A/B testing.
• Establish reporting on ROAS, CAC, retention, and revenue growth.
• Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and 3PL partners.
• Monitor site performance and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Leadership.
