Job summary

Gildan is seeking a detail-oriented Packer to accurately and efficiently pack customer orders in line with SOPs and quality standards. You will help ensure on-time shipment, order accuracy, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, operating packing equipment, applying labels, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Must follow detailed SOPs and instructions.
• Strong attention to accuracy and quality.
• Basic computer or handheld device experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders according to system instructions and SOPs.
• Verify items, quantities, and order details before packing.
• Operate packing equipment and handheld tools as directed.
• Apply correct labels and ensure packaging meets carrier requirements.
• Conduct basic quality checks on packaging and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
• Follow safety, ergonomic, and compliance guidelines.
• Support cross-functional tasks (returns, rework, or other DTC functions).
