Ngroup, Inc. seeks a reliable Packout Associate to pack and prepare items for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse. You will inspect products, verify information with handheld scanners, and apply labels while ensuring quality and accuracy.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow all safety procedures. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse packing or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet production and quality standards.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsabilités

• Pack finished products according to established packing instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect products for accuracy, damage, and overall quality before packing.
• Verify product information and scan barcodes using handheld scanning devices when required.
• Select appropriate boxes, packaging materials, and containers for assigned products.
• Apply shipping labels, product labels, and other required documentation.
• Ensure products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Sort and organize packed products into designated containers, totes, or shipping areas.
• Meet established production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Report damaged products, discrepancies, and equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
