Digital Room in Brooklyn, OH is seeking a dependable Packer to prepare orders for shipping by assembling boxes, counting items, and ensuring accurate quantities. You will inspect products for color, alignment, and quality, seal boxes securely, and report hazards while following safety procedures.

This role requires overtime as needed and offers growth within a fast-paced print production environment. Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to multitask with changing priorities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Create different sizes of boxes to have ready for the workload of the day.
• As jobs are moved from the cutting table, ensure quality and look for any imperfections such as color and alignment.
• Count the specific product to make sure the box contains enough of what the order requires.
• Ensure that the packed box is properly sealed to take to the shipping area.
• Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and free of safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
• Perform any and all tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
