Job summary

Fanatics seeks a Lead, E-Commerce Fulfillment to drive day-to-day fulfillment workstreams including batching, picking/packing, shipping, and inventory replenishment on the floor.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching teams, ensuring SLA adherence, and resolving issues in a fast-paced DTC environment. You will monitor throughput, train new hires, and collaborate with the inventory and supervisor teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution.
• Prior lead or senior associate experience preferred.
• Experience in DTC / e-commerce fulfillment preferred.
• Ability to lead teams in a metric-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working on the floor most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of assigned DTC fulfillment workstream.
• Assign labor and balance workload during the shift.
• Ensure orders meet SLA, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Monitor backlog and bottlenecks; adjust staffing.
• Use Extensiv WMS to monitor workflow and report metrics.
• Train and coach associates on standard work and safety.
• Escalate risks impacting SLA or customer experience.
