DTC Demand Planning Analyst, EMEA — Drive Forecasts

Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to align, submit, and track the DTC shipments plan for local fulfillment in the EMEA region. You will coordinate demand plans with Commercial, Financial, and Operational stakeholders, and work to improve forecasting performance.

The role involves collaboration with Commercial, Master Data, Replenishment, and Portfolio Management to ensure accurate product availability and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with forecasting, materials requirements planning, distribution and supply planning.
• Anaplan system knowledge preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate changing priorities and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial to reflect the demand plan based on launch date, product availability, and seasonality.
• Propose and test demand planning system enhancements with the Demand Planning team.
• Collaborate with Master Data Management to ensure items are created and ready for a demand signal.
• Track outages in forecasting performance for EMEA DTC Demand plan.
• Gather information and reports to support S&OP, Financial Forecasts, and S&OE.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management to confirm product availability timing for shipments.
• Identify process issues and escalate with relevant departments.
