Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Demand Planning professional to deliver forecast-driven insights for product families within the business unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in E2E Planning, Marketing, Sales and Finance to foster trust and ensure timely, accurate forecasting.

You will work with Demand Planning to identify biases, develop the LTCP, and create weekly POS forecasts, while participating in IBP meetings to improve service, cost and working capital.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Able to influence cross-functional teams and improve the plan.
• Experience driving demand review and IBP cycle participation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Minimum 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Demand Planning team via forecast insights and thought leadership.
• Influence forecast assumptions based on category projections, drivers, POS consumption and shipments.
• Own timely pass of category forecast to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to LTCP with models, processes and reporting.
• Develop weekly POS consumption forecast with cross-functional team.
• Represent the demand forecast in IBP meetings.
• Drive capability building in the supply planning team.
• Lead continuous improvement projects in demand planning.
