Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s DTCI unit seeks a detail-oriented analyst to support international deal analysis and post-sale deal management for TWDC’s streaming services worldwide.

You will assist in licenses, content valuation, and asset availability across SVOD, AVOD, and FAST platforms, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Content Sales teams to ensure accurate rights and revenue tracking.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent (including internships, academic coursework, or project work).
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with financial modeling and analyzing large amounts of data.
• Strong interpretation and analysis of contracts and basic contractual drafting (e.g., notices).
• Familiarity with Power Query and Tableau for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Support TWDC’s Content Sales team, Business Operations, Legal, Finance and Accounting in all licenses of TWDC content to SVOD, AVOD, and FAST clients, pre-sale and post-sale.
• Assist in financial analysis and content valuation for all content licensing deals with stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and timely availability of all content, respecting rights holdbacks and restrictions.
• Assist team prepare deal summaries for senior executive decision support.
• Administer and manage deals in the Rights management system (Rightsline) and manage post-entry workstreams.
• Track deal options, MFNs, and expirations.
• Assist in critical UAT testing functions.
