Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance Customer Experience: Model and coach behaviors to achieve store goals and KPIs, responding promptly to customer and associate requests.
• Maintain Store Standards: Ensure a positive shopping environment, complete daily opening/closing tasks, and uphold cleanliness and organization standards.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Store Manager on long-term plans and ensure timely execution.

Customer Experience and Sales

• Review and communicate progress toward goals, understand business trends, and leverage inventory reports to maximize sales.
• Oversee processes like audits, donations, transfers, damages, etc.

Leverage In-store and Digital Services

• Manage inventory activities, omni-channel initiatives, and supply needs.

Customer-Centric Responsibilities

• Ensure safety for customers and staff, resolve customer concerns, and support staffing and scheduling activities.

Team Development and Engagement

• Recognize and motivate team members, assist in recruiting and onboarding, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with store technology and physical ability to perform job duties.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
