Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Experience: Personalize customer interactions, model behaviors, respond to feedback, and maintain store standards.
  2. Sales and Merchandising: Use reports to maximize sales, oversee inventory activities, and ensure policies are followed.
  3. In-Store and Digital Services: Manage inventory, omni-channel activities, and supply needs.
  4. Customer and Associate Safety: Ensure a safe environment, resolve concerns, and support scheduling and labor management.
  5. Team Development: Recognize, train, coach, and participate in recruiting and onboarding.
  6. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Required Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Adaptability to meet business needs, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with technology used in customer interactions.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical movements regularly.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
