Position Objective

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in fostering a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring store operations align with our values and principles. Functional Responsibilities

Performance Culture

• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to guide business strategies.
• Set and communicate clear expectations; hold team accountable.
• Manage payroll and supply budgets.
• Oversee operational activities like scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and loss prevention measures.
• Handle inventory processes and visual merchandising standards.
• Motivate and develop the sales team to meet goals.
• Train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
