United Veterans Beacon House is seeking a part-time DSS Case Worker to provide direct and indirect services to individuals and families. The role focuses on assessments, housing goals, and supportive care for clients in a nonprofit veterans housing program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience in case management, preferably in residential settings for homelessness or substance use/mental health.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop ILPs toward housing goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and respond to urgent client needs.
• Support basic client needs including nutrition, hygiene, and safety.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate Independent Living Plans toward housing goals.
• Maintain client records and supervise scheduling / daily operations.
