Midwest Mission seeks a Day Hab Specialist 3 to join our full-time team in Ohio. The role focuses on person-centered, community-based supports and teaching daily living skills, helping participants achieve their individual goals.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, highly organized team players with strong communication abilities and a valid Ohio driver’s license. Training provided and career advancement available.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates are self-motivated and inspired to make a difference.

• Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with participants and staff.
• A valid Ohio driver’s license and insurability are required.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals in daily living skills and community outings (zoos, concerts, local trips).
• Assist participants to meet personal goals through structured activities and teaching.
