Job summary

Midwest Family Services seeks a Direct Support Professional for the Day Program in Massillon, OH. This role supports participants Monday through Friday, promoting independence and participation in community activities.

Starting pay is $14 per hour with benefits including holidays, sick and vacation time, training, health insurance, and a 401k match. Must be at least 21 years old and committed to enriching the lives of those served.

Qualifications

• Experience in helping individuals with daily living tasks is preferred.
• Ability to promote independence and life skills in others.
• Willingness to learn and participate in community activities.

Responsibilities
