Job summary

Beautiful Minds Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Day Program Manager to oversee client care onsite and ensure adherence to Individual Service Plans. You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and build meaningful relationships with clients.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, with CPR and DSP/medication certs preferred. Morning and afternoon availability and a strong emphasis on communication and organization are essential to succeed in this role at our

Job Summary

We are looking for one of a kind Management to join our Day Program team! You will be directly working with clients, following Individual Service Plans onsite at our group's Day Program Center. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating healthy habits and life skills that meets our client needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Previous management experience particularly in a Day Program setting working with disabled persons is highly desired. Morning and afternoon availability as well as valid driver\'s license, clean driving record, and proof of valid vehicle insurance is REQUIRED for this role. Requirements

• Clean Driving Record (Required)
• Valid and current vehicle insurance (Required)
• CPR certification (Training Resources Provided if not Certified)
• DSP accreditation certificate recognized by The Ohio DODD (Training Resources Provided if not Certified)
• Medication administration certificate recognized by The Ohio DODD (Training Resources Provided if not Certified)
• Ability to pass a background check
