Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.
• Two (2) years’ experience working with people with developmental or physical disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and delivery of quality programs and services.
• Arranges work schedules to ensure supervision and direct care levels.
• Hires, trains, and promotes professional growth of DSPs.
• Ensures staff are trained and time entries are accurately recorded in CAPPS.
• Provides guidance to staff to implement program procedures and laws.
