Job summary

Qualifications

• One year DSP experience required (initial screening).
• Experience implementing behavior programs or assisting people with IDD.
• Experience completing documentation or writing reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new DSPs.
• Coordinate habilitation, rehabilitation, behavior management and treatment programs.
• Lead DSP staff and supervise assigned duties and schedules.
• Document progress and communicate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams.
