Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Team Lead for a full-time 2nd shift, earning $19.25-$20.25 per hour. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

You will supervise DSPs, provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, and help foster independence, safety, and daily living skills. Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance.
• Personal, reliable vehicle to transport individuals served may be required.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria: No OVI/DUI's, no reckless operations, or speeding violations more than 20 MPH over limit; no more than 2 moving violations in last 2 years or more than 5 points.
• Able to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs and able to climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of life.
