Job summary

Saint Joe's in Sharonville, OH is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor to lead a residential care team in the Saint Joe's Residential Program. Schedule: full-time with evenings and weekends as listed, guiding staff to deliver compassionate, person-centered support to residents with developmental disabilities.

You will mentor DSPs, coordinate scheduling, and oversee staff performance while upholding safety and program policies in a home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in the developmental disability field.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license (fewer than 6 points) and proof of insurance.
• Willingness to drive agency vehicles.
• Ability to pass a knowledge and skills assessment.
• CPR/First Aid certification provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals in a residential setting.
• Lead, mentor, and train DSPs, Leads, and volunteers.
• Assist with scheduling, staff orientation, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all DSP duties are completed accurately and on time.
• Delegate tasks and maintain smooth operations during your shift.
• Support residents with daily living skills, routines, and personal goals.
• Maintain documentation and uphold agency policies.
• Promote a safe, supportive, and home-like environment.
