Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional Supervisor to support youth with complex medical and behavioral needs in a trauma-informed, therapeutic residential setting. The role blends hands-on leadership with clinical awareness to foster a safe, supportive environment.

You will lead a DSP shift, model best practices, and coordinate daily activities to ensure engagement and safety across the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Valid driver’s license – class C or D.
• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a shift of DSP staff while working in ratio.
• Create, maintain, and model a safe, therapeutic treatment milieu.
• Ensure youth safety, structure, and engagement throughout the day.
• Coach, guide, and support staff to promote teamwork and professionalism.
• Monitor daily programming and intervene proactively to prevent crisis.
• Document care, complete shift notes, and follow treatment plans.
• Support daily operations including meals, chores, and unit upkeep.
• Use CPI-approved de‑escalation strategies; physical intervention only when necessary.
• Serve as an essential employee and respond during emergencies as required.

Schedule: Sunday 7a-3p, Thursday 3p-11p, Friday 3p-11p, Saturday 7a-11p
