RTX's Radar Digital Product Line in Marlborough, MA is seeking a DSP Component Lead to shape and deliver complex radar software. You will bridge DSP engineering teams and product owners, providing technical guidance and driving execution to bring innovative solutions to life.

This on-site role offers mentorship, opportunities to influence multiple teams, and a focus on continuous improvement within a fast-paced defense environment, with a strong emphasis on security and mission impact.

Qualifications

• Must have a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with agile principles, frameworks, and tools.
• Experience with leading/mentoring a team.
• Experience with object-oriented programming in C++ and/or Java.
• Active, transferable U.S. government Secret clearance required; U.S. citizenship is necessary.
• Ability to work on-site in Marlborough, MA.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Purpose: Provide technical leadership to the DSP teams by providing guidance during all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Strategize and Prioritize: Manage and prioritize the DSP backlog with Product Owners and Software Architect; assist in scope estimation.
• Empower Teams: Foster a high-performing team culture by coaching team members and removing roadblocks.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Tackle technical and operational challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for process enhancements and product innovation.
