Job summary

RTX is seeking a Product Owner for the Radar Digital Product Line in Woburn, MA. You will bridge engineering and stakeholders to drive vision, alignment, and execution of radar-focused features in a complex defense environment.

You will lead backlog, shape roadmaps, mentor juniors, and ensure agile practices. U.S. citizenship and DoD Secret clearance are required. Onsite role in Woburn with relocation support and a chance to influence mission-critical radar technology.

Qualifications

Typically requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience delivering results in complex environments.
Experience with agile principles, frameworks, and tools.
Experience with leading and mentoring a team.
Experience with Object Oriented Programming languages such as C++ and/or Java.
Active DoD security clearance: Secret; interim clearance required.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery of Radar Digital Product Line features aligned with program goals.
Refine product roadmap and manage backlog to balance short- and long-term needs.
Coach and develop team members to foster growth and high performance.
Collaborate with engineering to address technical and operational challenges.
