Job summary

Neuron Health Systems, Llc is seeking a DSP Supervisor to lead and support our Direct Support Professionals in a hybrid role blending hands-on care with administrative ownership.

You will mentor staff, coordinate scheduling and training, monitor performance, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality client care across all active cases. Candidates should have 3+ years in direct care and at least 1 year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of direct care experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Comfortable coordinating training and deadlines across a full team, not just yourself.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current CPR certification, or willingness to obtain one promptly.
• Ability to pass all required background checks.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working with staff and families alike.
