IF! Inc in Stillwater, MN is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support residents in a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include medication administration under supervision, meal help, and organizing engaging activities. This is an in-person, part-time role with a biweekly pay schedule.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

• Previous experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Knowledge of resident rights and person-centered care approach
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy

Please note that this position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
